Needs Web site updates

I found the ebMS TC web site has old information
with a link to Committee Specification.

How can we correct?

Currentyly it says:

OASIS ebXML Messaging Services 3.0: Part 1, Core Features
Latest Committee-Approved Draft:
ebms_core-3.0-spec-cs-02.pdf (Committee Specification 02, 12 July 2007)

But it should be updated. e.g.,:

OASIS Standard Specification(1 October 2007):
HTML PDF ODT Schema
--
And each word in the last sentence should have a link as follows:
