Subject: Groups - Multihop-draft-V31-with- proposal-JD (ebMS3-part2-V31-JD.pdf) uploaded

Based on latest posting from Pim - see the diffs:
- fixed some section numbering problems.
- minor formating edits.
- proposed names for the 4 forwarding patterns (see 2.6.3 "MEP bridging")
- at the end of 2.3.3 "Bridged Domains" there was text ("the following
assumptions...") that should not belong to 2.3.3. Created new subsection
2.3.4.
- Proposal to redistribute assumptions between 2.3 and 2.4 (only those
related to topology remain in 2.3.4)
- Revised proposal to keep the specification open to future
"non-transparent" multihop modes. Transparent multi-hop is no longer a
Principle, but an Assumption... See section 2.4.1.
