The main difference of this proposal with the latest WD is that "reception awareness" receipts are handled more granularly and are more consistent with the ebBP structure (unlike the previous WD proposal). The proposal is not complex, but it is undeniable that a clean sheet approach (with no re-use of ebBP structures but some ad hoc XML) could have resulted in something even simpler.
