RE: [ebxml-msg] Missing BusinessInfo.MPC in the AS4 Profile

Looking at the TC process,  we are in section 3.4.1,  which,
unlike other parts of the TC process that were recently
changed, makes no difference between substantial and
non-substantial changes,  so changing anything now means
that we are sent back to the drawing board.  It is already a
month since the completion of our Candidate OASIS Standard
vote
(https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1026)
and TC Admin has still not even started the public review,
so any delays now will practically mean we loose 2012 for
this specification.  So my preference would be to address
this as a future Errata.  There are no doubt other similar
minor issues that can be addressed then as well.

I notice that AS4 Profile of ebMS 3.0 Version 1.0 committee
specification 3 does not include PMode[1].BusinessInfo.MPC
for the ebHandler in section 2.1.3.3, the light client in
section 2.2.3.3 and the minimal client in section 2.3.3.3.

Did we miss that or am I missing something ...?
