Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (EBXMLMSG-2) ebMS Core schema correction

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/EBXMLMSG-2?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=33523#action_33523 ]

Makesh Rao commented on EBXMLMSG-2:
-----------------------------------

Errata will call out the changes to the schema (Dale's comments) and the new schema will have the required changes. Put this out in the same spot where it is with the changed schema so no namespace changes. Since existing implementations would be compliant with the schema and we are making the change to be in-line with the narrative.

Decided May 22, 2013 TC meeting.

> This section of EBMS3CORE states the following about eb:Property:
> An eb:Property element is of xs:anySimpleType (e.g. string, URI) and has two attributes:
> •	@name: The value of this REQUIRED attribute must be agreed upon between partners.
> •	@type: This OPTIONAL attribute allows for resolution of conflicts between properties with the same name, and may also help with Property grouping, e.g. various elements of an address.
