    Proposal: Replace the text "This element has zero or more eb:Property child elements."  on lines 1703 (MessageProperties) and 1760 (PartProperties) (in the ODT version) with "This element has one or more eb:Property child elements."  (was: Replace the text "This element has zero or more eb:Property child elements."  on lines 1703 and 1760 (in the ODT version) with "This element has one or more eb:Property child elements.")
