Coast quality, "Lel Bruce Peto" updating high and low sulfur distillate 
prices are unchanged from closing ranges on Friday. Low sulfur 74-grade is 
discounted 1.5cts to December heating oil with heating oil quality 86-
grade offered at a 2.25cts basis discount. Prompt heating oil to barge in 
New York Harbor is unchanged quoted at a 0.1cts discount to frontline. 
Diesel fuel to prompt barge is also unchanged; as of 11-11-02..
