Hello everyone

I'd just like to draw your attention to this new document that the
Transformational Government TC has produced.  This is very important step in
the evolution of eGov and as such I would ask that you spread the word about
it using your contacts and networks.  The TC would appreciate feedback using
the comments facilities mentioned below.

The CND01 version of "Transformational Government Framework
Primer Version 1.0" has been published as an approved
OASIS Committee Note Draft in the OASIS Library:

Since all OASIS work products, non-final or final, are open
to view by the public, you are welcome to cirulate the
URI reference to anyone who may be interested or who may
wish to send feedback to the TC.  OASIS members who are
not TGF TC members (including TGF TC Observers), and any
member of the public can send feedback by posting to the
TC's comment list [1].

If the TC wishes to arrange for a formal public review of the
document at some time, that can be requested.  Meantime,
the document is publicly accessible in a permanant location
with a persistent URI, and may be cited for informal review
and feedback by any party.

Congratulations to the Chair, document editors, and to TC Members
who have contributed to this milestone publication.
