It looks very very interesting, with wide applicability, notwithstanding the Europe-goal mentioned.

 

‘The wide applicability’ bit should include the acceptance that there are a plethora of ontologies and associated schemas in play in this, as with many other areas.

 

So one of the main challenges will be to build on/extend what has been done rather than be tempted to start from scratch.
