Farrukh,

Following our discussion yesterday, I have added a column for enumerations,
with all the values I can find. It is debatable whether the "status" should
be an enumeration - it is clearly not in the examples in the e-GMS.

Maewyn - can you use this version for your review. The only change is the
additional column.
