Tim,

Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to London this week.  Jouko is
coordinating the UBL review, but I understand that he is not currently in
London either (correct Jouko?).  However, as discussed at yesterday's SC
meeting, he will be contacting the review participants soon to plan an
approach.
