The minutes of the 12 March meeting say:

|    XML Europe Conference).  David Layton and Adrian Kent will
|    coordinate to arrange a meeting facility at the conference
|    site.

Am I correct in assuming that the date is Thursday 8 May (not 9
May)?  I hope so, because the conference only runs through 8 May.
