I would be very interested in joining you as a co-chair for the Best Practices sub-committee.  This will compliment our role in the US Federal Market were the ICH has already developed a model for capturing and re-using implementation best practices.  The results of these initial efforts will be presented at the annual SecurE-Biz Summit this April and would be a great way to augment your own efforts.

 

As the ICH has upgraded its membership, I believe we are now able to hold chair positions. If there is any other leadership role that you think would be better suited, let me know.

PS. The next SecurE-Biz Executive Advisory Board meeting is scheduled for Jan 24th, 12:30 EST.  There will be  a dial in for you.  I believe OASIS is also sending a delegate. The committee has already agreed to host work shops on e-Gov, Web Services and Enterprise Architectures.

We are going to do that very shortly after the closing date for nominations, ie tomorrow.  I'll be sending the names to Karl for him to set up the SC mailing lists as mentioned at the TC meeting.

A process point:  If we keep all the subcommittee mail in this one
egov mail list, we'll drown in messages.  Someone should ask OASIS
to create separate mail lists, one for each subcommittee, in
addition to this list for the TC itself.
