Reminder that the March 12th meeting will be held at the following Washington, DC USA location...
conference call information will be published in separate message prior to March 12th.

The morning session of the full committee will be held in the Department of Justice, IMSS Conference Room, Suite 1600, Patrick Henry Building (PHB), 601 D Street, NW.  Washington DC USA

DIRECTIONS.  The nearest Metro stations are Archives-Navy Memorial on the Yellow/Green Line; Judiciary Square on the Red Line.  The building is at the corner of 6th and D Streets, NW.  If you are driving, there is no parking available in the building.  You must use one of several commercial parking garages nearby (However, they do tend to fill up during the day).  Please arrive with government-issued identification credentials.  

As your host i (Diane Lewis) will be at the building entrance 10 minutes before meeting time 9am EST to facilitate entry into the building.  There is a food carry-out shop across the street from the Patrick Henry Building where coffee, juice may be purchased prior to the meeting.  I am planning to make arrangements for bottle water and some morning munchies in the conference room... so you can bring your purchased beverages to the meeting, if you like.

If you encounter entry difficulties, have the guards call 202 514-4292 for assistance.  After checking in with security, proceed to the elevator bank.  Walk past the elevators and through the double door on the far side.  Turn left and go to the end of the hall (Suite 1600).
