On a related note I thought to mention that several OASIS TCs and more 
than ten companies are participating in an OASIS demo at XML 2003 
involving a scenario based upon CDC.  The scenario uses  the following 
specifications working together to address managing of epidemics such as 
SARS:

-ebXML BPSS

-UBL

-XACML

-WSPL
