Subject: BALLOT RESULTS

I'm very glad to be able to report that
we had a quorum in both ballots this time, 24 out of 33 people voted, and
in both ballots 22 people voted Yes and 2 abstained. So both ballots
have been approved.
We'll review the consequences of these
results in our TC meeting on Thursday.
