John, The 60 minute peice explained that the RFID work just did not deliver what's needed - all that does is ID the container and is part of the problem not the solution. There needs to be a proper tracking trail in place to account for the life history of containers. Therefore ebXML provides that means to do the backoffice automation and integration.
