Possibility to short (10 minutes) presentations by participants 3 pm- 4 pm Strategic position of the TC, its goals and possible tasks. Discussion of OASIS IPR policy change. Relations/ liaisons with OASIS and non-OASIS groups 4 pm - 5:30 Messaging. Discussion on developments of messaging standards. Its use in government gateways. In the discussion we target primarily at ebXML messaging. 5:30 Close of the day short look back and look ahead for coming day 7.30 pm Dining together? October 19 9 am 9:15 Summary of progress and kick off 9:15 10:30 Security and digital signatures. Progress in adoption of SAML, developments in county adoption of solutions. 10:30 Noon Government process description. Progress on developments and implementation of description languages and process modelling 12:00 1:00 Lunch break 1:00 2:45 Strategic work programme of E-gov TC. Defining possible projects, work items etc 3 pm- 3:30 Planning upcoming teleconferences, face to face meetings and events 3:30- 4 pm Work programme discussions 4 pm 4:45 TC teleconference with dial up.
