Subject: Re: [ekmi] [Fwd: [ekmi-audit] Nominee: Mike Nelson]

All TC procedures are defined at this URL, Anil: http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php

While it doesn't specifically describe the SC Chair election, most
of the TC Chair election rules apply. Jamie Clark can clarify if I'm
wrong about that. Once the nomination period closes,
we go to ballot.
I can do an electronic or voice ballot; since we have a TC
meeting next
week, I'll go with t he voice ballot - unless we don't have
quorum.
