As requested:

 

For the Flemish elections, 308 communities and 5 provinces, EDS have used the EML specifications and schemas conforming to the Process and Data Requirements document.

The implementation involved the candidate data collection and management, voting, collecting and counting of the votes up to the distribution and publication of the results using the EML standards.
