Subject: work product review

The following issues have been identified in the submitted work products and must be corrected before they can be uploaded to docs.oasis-open.org and announced for public review:

1. "Specification" should either be removed or integrated into the title (i.e. Election Markup Language (EML) Specification Version 6.0)

2. Date must be in DD Month YYYY format (remove 'th')

3. Specification URIs:
a. One of the 3 formats must be declared as Authoritative
b. The zip file is not referenced on the cover page
c. Previous Version:
   - should be N/A since there is no earlier version of this spec at this point
d. Latest Version:
- The latest version URIs are unique URIs that will always point to the most recent version of the spec. These are typically created by either removing the version-specific information from the filename, or in your case, removing the version-specific directory:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/election/eml/v6.0/EML-Specification-v6.0.html

http://docs.oasis-open.org/election/eml/v6.0/EML-Specification-v6.0.pdf

4. Footer:
The footer format and content is not correct; please refer to the templates (http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/)

5. Line Numbering:
- should begin at the first section rather than the cover and prelim per the templates

6. Notices:
- you will want to update the copyright date

7. References:
- all references to OASIS work must be cited in the proper format as noted in the templates

8. There is no Conformance section; this must be the last-numbered section immediately preceding any appendices

The TC must make the appropriate changes and resubmit the document.

Regards,

Mary
