Apologies, I knew about this weeks ago (David Jefferson is a good
friend) and should have sent a note.  David has tried to make it
widely known, but obviously he isn't as familiar with OASIS's E&VS TC
as I am.

I will be there (and will likely submit a short paper on policy
implications of UOCAVA voting models).

Note, also, that the EVT/WOTE conference is shortly after this NIST
conference in the same hotel... the line-up of accepted papers is very
good, and keynote speakers will include EAC Chair Donetta Davidson and
Jeff Burbank, a journalist who has studying casino/gaming hacking
thoroughly:
