Change Log needed

Hi John,

  In order to announce a 15-day review there needs to be a detailed listing or actual redlined draft noting the changes between the last review and this one. You submitted a comment resolution log - that's not required to be submitted until you go for CS ballot.

  All the files are uploaded; as soon as I get either a change-marked PDF or a detailed change log I can go ahead and get the review announced.
