Attached is my suggestions to Peter's original comments.  I concur with his notes - but offered some possible improvements in clarity.

Plus consolidated in additional items from Peter's latest post today.

I'm trying to err back to John's original prognosis - of steering away from specifics and painting general practice that EML can then support / enhance.
