Sorry I could not participate in the call. 

My view is that we need two symbols. One would indicate it is a CAP RSS/Atom feed, and the other that it is just CAP. In our new national multi-agency system we use the RSS/Atom symbol to link to the Atom (envelope) Entry that goes with a CAP alert, and then a separate symbol for the CAP. The CAP symbol used happens to be the yellow triangle with the exclamation mark.
