        This presentation focuses more on the users of the EDXL Family and their needs than on the standards themselves. It specifically looks at the necessity for focusing in their needs and how the EDXL Family meet those needs. Thus it is somewhat more opinion than documentation. It also looks at the use of OASIS Standards in NCOIC "Patterns."
