I have attached the outline for the firxst of a series of presentations, 
panel discussions, interviews for the AOL Government Fed Spending 
(Management) webinar/presentation series, specifically targetted to Aug. 15.

I would like to spend some time discussing the various opportunities 
this represents in addition to what we already have explored.
