I would really appreciate the benefit of your feedback and any suggestions or questions you might have. This work is being conducted in conjunction with the NCOIC Services Work Group and is based on the NCOIC Emergency Services Operational Net-Centric Pattern which in turn is based on the EDXL suite of emergency management specifications and is aimed to advance adoption of the EDXL Standards.
