RE: [emergency-adopt-events] Meeting Reminder

Dear TC and StC members,

The goal is to make a decision regarding the fall event by Friday. The Adoption-event holds its meeting at 11:00AM ET of Friday. I would like to invite the Adoption TC and the EI MS StC to attend this meeting so we can gain consensus and Jane and I can move forward with event development.

This meeting would substitute the EI MS monthly meeting as this is the most pressing issue that we need to resolve. Jane has sent the NIEM schedule, http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency-adopt-events/email/archives/200907/msg00000.html.

Will this work?

Hi Tom,

A quick question -- wouldn't it make sense for us to merge the calls into
one?  I believe the Steering Committee is meeting on Friday as well.  Dee
-- what time do they meet?  We need to have the final venue decision made
before moving any further on the content.  That decision has to be made
this Friday.  Can I do anything to help make sure everyone who wants to be
involved in this decision is on the call?
