Hello Everyone,

Attached is the WCDM Interop proposal for your review.  This proposal is based on securing six Interop participants and one booth space on the show floor (10x30 in size).  Please review all the information in the document and forward questions and/or comments.

Also, please find the pricing for an individual booth space on the show floor below.  Individual booth space locations are assigned by the conference organizers on a first-come, first-serve basis (and may not be in the same location).

Basic Exhibit Package:  Participating Sponsor
 

·       10x10 booth space cost = 3,350 USD (includes taxes)

·       + Wireless internet connection = 395 USD

·       + Lead retrieval device = 210 USD

·       + Basic chair rental = 60 USD ea

·       + Basic draped table rental = 160 USD ea

·       + Standard carpet = 225 USD

Please note:  The above prices do not include the costs associated with hosting an OASIS Interop demonstration at this event.  An Interop participant fee would still apply if the group decides to host an OASIS Interop demo using separate booth spaces.
