SIGNAGE: Based
on previous discussions – signage for the Interop still needs to be discussed
as a group. EQUIPMENT: Participating
companies will be responsible for bringing their equipment to the event
(shipping details are below). Based on previous conversations –
equipment constraints still need to be evaluated and discussed as a
group. For you review, attached is the audio visual equipment rental
form. SHOW
FLOOR SCHEDULE: Our
space will be available for set-up and testing on Monday, 2 November from
8:00-4:00 PM. The show will open for a special reception Monday evening.
Below is a complete list of show hours, including setup and dismantle
times. Monday,
November 1 Setup

AM – 4:00 PM Show Opening
& Reception 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Wednesday, November 3 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Dismantle SHIPPING
INFORMATION: Participating companies will be responsible
for shipping their equipment and other related company materials to the
event. Shipping information – including material handling labor,
sample labels, and pricing - is attached for your review. Please
note: NOTE:
Advance
shipments will be moved to show site on overtime. The material handling rates
quoted in the attached allow for this overtime handling without an additional
overtime charge. Direct shipments received at show site on Sunday will be
handled on overtime and subject to a 35% overtime handling charge. ·
