Subject: Updated Scenario One and CAP messages


Attached is the updated document for scenario one. Please add comments about your technology (E.g. “Will be displaying the alert areas on an ESRI map interface”).  Please also, change the XML file to work with your technology. Note that the message must properly validate against the schema. Contact me if you have any questions. I will be sending the rest of the scenarios as they are completed.
