Werner & EM Adoption TC Members,

We should also include in today's meeting agenda an update from the EI MS Steering Committee call of 8 May that I attended as this TC's representative.

The StC meeting minutes have not been posted, but here are a few major points from the meeting that affect the EM Adoption TC.


DE-101 Primer
•	EJ reported that the primer is still being worked within the Infrastructure SC; they expect to finish next Tue.
•	The EM Adoption TC (and its Documents SC) will need to decide upon a name for this type of document for each of the OASIS EM standards and the common document format.


EM Adoption TC
•	PG reported on the planned events for 2009
•	EJ needs to have her travel expenses covered to speak at the Connectivity Week Emergency track
Motion to approve reimbursement of EJ’s expenses not to exceed $2,000


EI MS Budget
•	There is approx $20-$25K total for events ($7-8K for travel) in the EI MS 2009 budget.
•	The StC discussed their fiduciary responsibilities over these funds.
•	EM Adoption TC will provide a list of funding needed for the rest of 2009.


EI MS Website
•	PG proposed that maintenance of oasis-emergency.org MS website by handled by the EM Adoption TC, as that was included in the new TC's charter
•	Motion Approved.
