Thanks Mary,

I wasn't aware of that and I didn't think about IPR given that 
SourceForge is open source, and their requirements are intended to 
protect projects from being hijacked. However, I understand and I'm 
also perfectly happy to provide it to the TC for an OASIS  hosting.
