CONFIRMED PARTICIPANTS: So far we have received confirmation forms from the
following participating companies: Cell Cast Desktop Alert Evolution Technologies Warning Systems, Inc. A few additional interested parties are still pending.
Please contact us ASAP if you are interested in participating

Deadline to confirm is 19 October. BOOTH SPACE DETAILS: OASIS reserved Booth 102, a 20x20’ space in a premium
location at the front of the exhibit floor, http://iaem.networkats.com/members_online/registration/exhfloor.asp?action=exh&mt=AC09&af=IAEM).
The booth space will contain carpet, six foot draped tables, chairs,
electricity, internet connectivity, and a literature rack. COMPANY SIGNAGE: OASIS will provide all booth signage in order to ensure
fairness and consistency. Please feel free to contact us directly with
any questions regarding signage. EQUIPMENT: Participating companies will be responsible for bringing
their equipment to the event (shipping details are below). Due to
booth space constraints – NO computer monitor larger than 24” will be
accepted. Computer monitors are available onsite. Please contact us
directly for rental information. Monitor rental pricing: ~ 20” = $70 on/before 10/14 and $100 after ~ 24” = $105 on/before 10/14 and 150 after SHOW FLOOR SCHEDULE: Space will be available for set-up and testing on Monday, 2
November from 8:00-4:00 PM. The show will open for a special reception
Monday evening. Below is a complete list of show hours, including setup
and dismantle times. Monday, November 2, 2009 Setup & Testing 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Opening Reception
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Dismantle SHIPPING INFORMATION: Participating companies will be
responsible for shipping their equipment and other to the event. Shipping
information – including material handling labor, sample labels, and pricing -
is attached for your review. Please note: Advance shipments will be
moved to show site on overtime. The material handling rates quoted in the
attached information price list allows for this overtime handling without an
additional overtime charge. Direct shipments received at show site on Sunday
will be handled on overtime and subject to a 35% overtime handling charge. ·
