On your second point, I included the link to the July 15 Webinar in a 
CAP Update on page 5 of the Summer edition of the online NWS Aware 
Newsletter that was published today.  An email was sent this afternoon 
to over 1700 direct subscribers of the newsletter whose purpose is to 
enhance communication within the NWS and throughout the emergency 
management community.  This edition is online at 
http://www.weather.gov/os/Aware/pdfs/10summer-aware.pdf and other recent 
editions at http://www.weather.gov/os/Aware/index.shtml.

Please feel to pass on this link or reprint Aware. If you have 
suggestions for future topics, comments or compliments, please send them
