Gary,

please accept our apologies for making joining our TC call so difficult this morning.

We did finally manage to get 4 people on board and held a meeting for about 15 min.
We did have a quorum and approved a motion that Tom Ferrentino would replace Patrick Gannon as co-chair of the Outreach & Education SC and as the EMA-TC's Liaison to the MS Steering Committee.

Concerning voting rights, I do understand the concern of those who could not join our call today. Given the unusual circumstances I have determined that the best way to deal with this situation is to declare it as "not counting toward voter eligibility", which is an option when tracking attendance.

Should you or any other TC member object to my course of action, do not hesitate to let me know and I'll bring the matter to our next EMA-TC call on April 1.
