Proposed Adoption Technical Committee Charter. This was revised during the
Friday January 23, 2008 SC meeting. Please review and return any comments
and recommendations you may have.

Please advise if you would like your name removed from the Charter if it is
on there. Please also advise if you would like your name added to the
Charter.

There will be a vote on during the Friday January 6, 2009 meeting to accept
the Charter and then proceed in the next step for the TC to review and
comment on the Charter.
