        This meeting was scheduled by a quorum of members that were present for the non-meeting held 1/5/2015.  As the meeting was the last posted and it was marked cancelled, we decided unanimously for me to schedule this meeting Jan 12 at the normal time 12-1ET.  At that time, we will determine when the next meeting should be, how frequent and with what focus.
