I'm surprised that DHS S&T didn't let us know about this. You'd think some of these international corporations would at least question focusing so intensively on the national market when this obviously is going to be a concern internationally. I didn't know IJIS was an SDO among all its other concerns.

Initially I was going to question details, but I think not. Whether they craft a narrow national spec or wake up and bring it to the international community, it is still just going to be another kind of resource, so CAP handles it. However, I am concerned that DHS S&T seems to have forgotten about us as a resource for them. As we move forward with CAP and adapt to new needs I think we need to reconnect to them if we can.
