We
could start choosing the actual event names from the
candidate lists recorded in the minutes from Nov. 18, 2016,
Dec. 2, 2016 and Jan. 27, 2017, , but if you want to hold
off on that I can always find a use for my time.

Based on this draft, I was then going to initiate a ballot to approve the SC's recommendation on this structure to the TC. Given that this work hasn't take place prior to the meeting today I wanted to know the group's thoughts on proceeding. If that work can be completed today, is there a need for the meeting until the ballot closes?
