It seems there is one more ATIS document missing that I need to discuss the CBC element in the system.

ATIS 07 000 45 CMSP gateway to Cell Broadcast Centre (CBC) interface specification.

As I am trying to reconcile them side by side by the end of this week, I would appreciate a copy of 07 000 45 as soon as is practicable.
