Hang on, guys ...

I don't understand how this new system works ...

1. I didn't request a membership
2. I wanted to join the TC's mailing list only

I will not be able to participate in this TC, but it is likely that I will
be involved in an emergency services project so it would make sense to be
just an observer here.

What would be the best way of doing it? ;)
