I confirm these issues as you reported them.
 
Attached ZIP contains HTML documentation extracted from the EDXL-DE XSD that details the rules and elements concerned.
 
Also when you run the CAM template (enclosed) against the XML samples in the ZIP - the errors are reported directly.
 
(I've not included the CAP content details however - as those are separate).

1. In the Oasis Standard EDXL-DE v1.0, 1 May 2006, on page 10 of 42 it
lists sub-elements "keyXMLContent" and "embeddedXMLContent" with no
asterix meaning they are not multiple instances only. They are also
optional because they are not in bold. However on page 29 of 42 it
states they are both optional with multiple instances.



2. The first example is missing the "required" combinedConfidentiality
element. 



3. The second example has the "required" combinedConfidentiality element
in an incorrect location. It also uses incorrect element name usage of
explicitAddress sub-elements of explicitAddressScheme and
explicitAddressValue. It incorrectly lists them as just Scheme and
Value.
