Hi Timothy,

I have added Mary McRae's address to this reply. 
Since this is in part something that OASIS policy 
bears on, at least in the sense that we need to 
make sure we know what we need to do to enable 
this, we should be sure we have identified 
exactly what you're asking for. My understanding 
is that you would like to have the .xsd files 
available through the public OASIS site as it is 
for CAP, correct?

So, Mary, what do we need to do for this? Can we 
send the schema files to you? I suspect we should 
make this official TC business and include in our 
next TC meeting agenda?
