Subject: Interoperable Data Sharing Solutions?
I'm new here, so sorry If I'm asking what everyone else is… But this is what is needed to increase survivability of those sent into harm's way so save/protect those who are unable to.
What add-on solutions are available that provide:
- multi-force response capable (used by Local, State, Federal CIV&DoD responders in concert)
- allows for disparate security protocol function
- robust communication through wired/wireless ad-hoc/mess networks from disadvantage (~10kbps) to the most advanced
- smart-push/pull data communication to the node (meaning a Person or sensor)
- Intelligent data (smart/push-pull) based on group(s) or individual(s) mission criteria from a dynamic information space
- Access to/from/via fielded data, equipment, and network investments that may be ~10 years old
- is economically feasible for Local, State, as well as, Federal organizations
In the next 5+ years, there's no money to upgrade, replace, or migrate to new structures, equipment, or infrastructure.
What works on what Local, State, Federal own?
