Are we meeting today?

Hi Carl, Everyone,

I noted that there is a meeting scheduled for today, and Elysa had 
entertained some thoughts of asking for a brief moment for the TC to 
vote on creating the EDXL-RIM. Since the call is scheduled, and I 
missed my agreed-upon guest chairing task on 7 March 2008, I was 
doubly aware of today's schedule, and, of course, I'm double booked 
already, but I was planning on splitting my time between this meeting 
and the other meeting, so I'm available as much as I can be, and I 
would really like to get the CAP Call for Comments tucked away in the 
done-and-ongong column of my to-do list.
