Carl,
Absolutely agree! My thought is to inform the TC of the existence of the
NIEM IEPD. Next step is to provide the NIEM approved IEPD templates to
the TC for review and consideration. Any feedback on the IEPD documents
will be brought back to the NIEM IEPD team for consideration.

Perhaps then we should defer any decisions regarding whether the work of
the OASIS EM TC will be guided by the content of these documents should
be defered until we can read the documents?
