Event Description:
The face to face meeting will be held from 9-5 at the Marriott Downtown Philadelphia, Penn.  The room will be 501.  Please have breakfast before the meeting.  Coffee/tea/water will be provided by DHS/S&T, lunch and refreshments during the day will be provided by the EI-MS.  A menu will be distributed and coffee ready at 8:30.  We will get organized and begin promptly at 9.
