Subject: Groups - EDXL-DE_Spec_v2.0-ModsInProgress-version-02 (EDXL-DE_Spec_v2.0-ModsInProgress-version-02.doc) uploaded

An initial very rough draft of mods in progress to the DE spec based on the
issues list. I recommend first consulting the issues list available at
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency-if/download.php/38854/EDXL-DE-2.0-IssuesList_ModsInProgress_v02.xls
as updated with resolutions from the face-2-face and with color-coded
scheme to indicate current status of whether edits have been made (grey),
whether it is an issue for the geo-oasis:Where liasion effort (yellow), or
whether the issue was tabled for further discussion (red). Thanks.
